UTC er derfor ikke basert p\u00e5 \u00e9n bestemt supern\u00f8yaktig klokke, men er en gjennomsnittsberegning av mer enn 400 atomur hos tidslaboratorier i rundt 70 land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sommertidsordningen for fall?<br><\/strong>Europakommisjonen foreslo i fjor h\u00f8st at vi skal slutte \u00e5 stille klokka frem og tilbake hvert halv\u00e5r. N\u00e6ringsminister Torbj\u00f8rn R\u00f8e Isaksen (H) uttaler dette i en pressemelding fra N\u00e6rings- og fiskeridepartementet:<br>&laquo;Mange lurer p\u00e5 om vi snart skal slutte \u00e5 stille klokka, men vi m\u00e5 fortsette en stund til. Vi m\u00e5 vente til EU har behandlet ferdig saken, s\u00e5 skal vi vurdere hva vi skal gj\u00f8re her i Norge.
