Etter v\u00e5rt syn er det allerede mer enn nok avfall som h\u00e5ndteres i kommunen, og vi mener det er helt utenkelig at innbyggerne \u00f8nsker at Indre \u00d8stfold skal bli et lager for atomavfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Av: Frank Finstad\/ Folkets Stemme<br><\/em><br>Da saken kom opp i kommunestyret 19. mai, tok Werner Filtvedt H ordet og pekte p\u00e5 at administrasjonens framlegg manglet vesentlig dokumentasjon. Han advarte ogs\u00e5 om at et ja til utredning i praksis vil v\u00e6re en sosial aksept for \u00e5 ta imot atomavfall \u2013 en binding som kan bli vanskelig \u00e5 reversere. Dette n\u00e5dde dessverre ikke fram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deretter tok faren, Josef Filtvedt, ordet. Begge er godt kjent gjennom Dynatec, og begge var tydelige p\u00e5 at kommunen m\u00e5 si nei. Da gruppelederen deres foreslo utsettelse, sa jeg fra talerstolen at det var det tredje beste innlegget i saken \u2013 etter far og s\u00f8nn Filtvedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likevel frykter jeg at ordf\u00f8rer og administrasjon vil f\u00e5 medhold n\u00e5r saken kommer opp igjen i juni. Derfor m\u00e5 innbyggerne v\u00e6re v\u00e5kne. Dette er en sak som burde v\u00e6rt stanset for godt.
