I 1930, n\u00e6rmere bestemt 5. desember, startet Anna Bech sin herre og fris\u00f8rsalong i Askim. Hun kom opprinnelig fra Trofors i Nordland og het da Anna Bjorb\u00e6kmo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna var i hele sitt virke meget aktiv i dame og herrefris\u00f8rforbundet. Hun var f\u00f8rste generasjon i denne virksomheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Datteren Rita Bech begynte i salongen i 1960. Hun hadde studert fris\u00f8rfaget i Tyskland og kom hjem til Askim med mange nye impulser, og overtok driften av salongen i 1975. Bech var ogs\u00e5 aktiv i foreningsarbeid og deltok ogs\u00e5 i en rekke konkurranser i fris\u00f8rfaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hennes s\u00f8nn Chris Bech overtok salongen i 2004. Han startet sin l\u00e6retid i Chicago og dro videre til fris\u00f8rmester \u00d8degaard i H\u00f8nefoss, og tok sitt svennebrev i 1993 og drev salongen sammen med sin mor som trakk seg tilbake i 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tredje generasjon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Han er en hum\u00f8rfylt kar som skaper glede hos sine kunder. Damer som herrer. Praten g\u00e5r, han lytter og er vel n\u00f8dt til \u00e5 h\u00f8re hva kundene har p\u00e5 hjertet. Chris er veldig opptatt av \u00e5 holde seg oppdatert i faget. Hans kundekrets er utvidet og her er damer og herrer i alle aldre. Fra de unge til de godt voksne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chris er tredje generasjon som f\u00f8rer salongen videre under navnet Bech’s Dame & Herrefris\u00f8r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salongen ble etablert i Apotekerg\u00e5rden\/ Brekkeg\u00e5rden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Her var det bolig i annen etasje og blant annet kolonial, drevet av min bestefar Erling Bech frem til midten av krigen. Jeg startet selv med vask av h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6r i betongkummer med kork i bunn, som ofte spratt ut s\u00e5 man fikk skikkelig benvask og hengte opp vasken ute til t\u00f8rk. Eller i fyrrommet p\u00e5 vinteren. Tungt arbeid var det, men l\u00e6rerikt, minnes Chris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Han forteller ogs\u00e5 at han alltid kom opp til salongen etter skoletid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– S\u00e5 gikk det fort med p\u00e5bygg og flytting av salong i bygget. Sommeren 88 dro jeg til Chicago for \u00e5 starte min utdanning, kom tilbake i 89 til Askim. Flyttet s\u00e5 til H\u00f8nefoss i 90 og fullf\u00f8rte l\u00e6rlingtiden p\u00e5 Femina fris\u00f8r som dame og herrefris\u00f8r i 93. S\u00e5 bar det inn i luftforsvaret f\u00f8r jeg begynte for fullt i Askim des 94 og holder det fortsatt g\u00e5ende, sier han. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fris\u00f8rsalongen holder n\u00e5 til i Skolegata 7, rett ved Corner Pub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
