F\u00f8r helgen sendte statsforvalteren i Oslo og Viken sendte f\u00f8r helgen ut et varsel til kommunene, hvor de varsler om mulig vaksine-svindel. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vaksinasjon mot Covid-19 er noe store deler av befolkningen er opptatt av og venter p\u00e5. Samtidig vet vi at svindel og spredning av skadevare er utbredt i andre land, og at dette ogs\u00e5 rammer Norge for tiden. Informasjon fra myndighetene m\u00e5 derfor v\u00e6re p\u00e5 en form som gj\u00f8r det vanskelig for kriminelle \u00e5 utnytte situasjonen, er noe av det som st\u00e5r i brevet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erfaringsmessig forventer NSM ved Nasjonalt Cybersikkerhetssenter (NCSC) at svindelfors\u00f8kene vil \u00f8ke omfang i tiden fremover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ulike kommunikasjonskanaler benyttes av svindlere for \u00e5 n\u00e5 frem til ofrene. Det er observert svindel via telefonoppringninger, tekstmeldinger, eposter, meldinger via sosiale medier, osv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Svindlernes metoder vil variere:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mange av svindlerne vil trolig tilby tidlig vaksinasjon mot forh\u00e5ndsbetaling, kanskje forklart med at pasienten m\u00e5 selv dekke en \u00abegenandel\u00bb. Vi har sett tilfeller der innbyggere fikk telefonoppringning som tilsynelatende var fra et privat medisinsk senter eller en kommune, med tilbud om snarlig vaksinasjon, mot forh\u00e5ndsbetaling.

Man m\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 regne med svindelfors\u00f8k som har til hensikt \u00e5 lure inn skadevare p\u00e5 privat eller arbeidsgivers datautstyr, for eksempel l\u00f8spengevirus.

Det kan dreie seg om mer \u00abtradisjonelle\u00bb motiver som \u00e5 tilegne seg bankkontonumre, kredittkortnumre, personalia, helseopplysninger (allergier, sykdommer, mm).
