Det g\u00e5r hardt utover de vanskeligstilte, unge og f\u00f8rstegangskj\u00f8pere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Av: Jacob Edeko Davila Andreassen, skole- og arbeidsansvarlig for AUF i \u00d8stfold.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>LES OGS\u00c5:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/indre24.no\/2021\/04\/30\/staten-er-problemet-i-boligpolitikken-ikke-losningen\/\">Staten er problemet i boligpolitikken, ikke l\u00f8sningen!<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De siste 145 \u00e5rene har bolig v\u00e6rt den beste investeringen i Norge. Samtidig har 107 av de 400 rikeste i Norge blitt rike p\u00e5 bolig. Husbanken sitt samfunnsoppdrag er \u00e5 forhindre at folk st\u00e5r utenfor boligmarkedet. H\u00f8yre-regjeringa har flere ganger kuttet i l\u00e5neramma til Husbanken. Dette gj\u00f8r det vanskeligere, for uf\u00f8re og de med vedvarende lavinntekt, fordi det blir f\u00e6rre som kan f\u00e5 startl\u00e5n. AUF vil heller styrke husbanken. Gj\u00f8r man dette kan man sikre at flere kan f\u00e5 startl\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boligprisene er i dag s\u00e5 h\u00f8ye at selv med gjennomsnittlig l\u00f8nn er det vanskelig \u00e5 komme inn p\u00e5 boligmarkedet. If\u00f8lge sykepleierindeksen og Eiendom Norge, som m\u00e5ler hvor stor andel av boliger en enslig sykepleier kan kj\u00f8pe, er det kun 2,5% de kan kj\u00f8pe av boligene i Oslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AUF mener at investeringsboliger m\u00e5 skattes hardere, ved \u00e5 fjerne rentefradraget p\u00e5 sekund\u00e6rboliger. Vi vil hindre at bolighaier tjener seg rike p\u00e5 markedsspekulasjon og utleie til skyh\u00f8ye priser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AUF og Arbeiderpartiet vil etablere en tredje boligsektor. Dette er en mellomvei mellom det \u00e5 leie og eie. Dette kan inneb\u00e6re at staten eller kommunen eier en del av boligen din. Deretter kan man gradvis kj\u00f8pe opp en st\u00f8rre del av boligen, slik at man til slutt har g\u00e5tt fra \u00e5 leie til \u00e5 eie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00f8yre-regjeringens boligpolitikk viser at de er p\u00e5 lag med rike markedsspekulanter og ikke vanlige folk. AUF krever en mer rettferdig boligpolitikk.
