Fra 10. august vil alle nordmenn ha tilgang til dokumentet via sin digitale postkasse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rett f\u00f8r forh\u00e5ndsstemmegivningen starter, sendes de digitale kortene ut for f\u00f8rste gang, melder&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.valg.no\/for-velgere\/stortingsvalget-2021\/valgkort\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Valgdirektoratet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e5let er \u00e5 forenkle prosessen for unge velgere, som ofte bor p\u00e5 andre, midlertidige adresser enn den som er registrert i Folkeregisteret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktoratet testet ordningen i flere kommuner under lokalvalget i 2019, og tilbakemeldingene var positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er ikke krav om \u00e5 ta med valgkort n\u00e5r du skal stemme, men det gj\u00f8r det lettere for valgfunksjon\u00e6rene \u00e5 finne hver enkelt i manntallet. Det fungerer ogs\u00e5 som en bekreftelse p\u00e5 at du har stemmerett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personer som har reservert seg mot elektronisk post, eller som ikke har oppdatert eller bekreftet kontaktinformasjon i registeret de siste 18 m\u00e5nedene, vil fortsatt f\u00e5 tilsendt papirversjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(\u00a9NTB)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c5rets valgkort, som normalt blir sendt i posten, har blitt digitalt.
