If\u00f8lge politiet har han imidlertid oppholdt seg i Thailand i denne perioden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arbeidsavklaringspenger fra Norge kan kun beholdes dersom man flytter til EU- eller E\u00d8S-land eller Sveits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Politiet mener ogs\u00e5 at trygdebedrageriet til 69-\u00e5ringen er grovt fordi bel\u00f8pet p\u00e5 340.000 kroner p\u00e5f\u00f8rte Nav en betydelig \u00f8konomisk skade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Opplysningene p\u00e5 meldekortene dannet grunnlag for automatisk beregning og urettmessig utbetaling av arbeidsavklaringspenger p\u00e5 til sammen kr 340.273, hvilket medf\u00f8rte tap eller fare for tap for Nav, heter det i tiltalen if\u00f8lge Nettavisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mannens advokat Vigdis Brandstorp sier til samme avis at hun enn\u00e5 ikke har kommet i kontakt med sin klient og f\u00f8lgelig ikke har noen kommentar til saken.
