Mannen er ogs\u00e5 tiltalt for vold mot den avd\u00f8de p\u00e5 grunn av en tidligere episode, og tolv tilfeller av tyveri og andre lovbrudd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forsvarer Ole Petter Drevland sier mannen ikke erkjenner skyld etter tiltalen for forsettlig drap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Han har erkjent uaktsomt drap knyttet til en funksjonsfeil p\u00e5 v\u00e5penet.
