Det er et klart m\u00e5l for oss at folk gjennom sitt eget lokaldemokrati skal f\u00e5 st\u00f8rst mulig ansvar, frihet og fleksibilitet til \u00e5 ta avgj\u00f8relser som er viktige for sitt eget lokalsamfunn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Av: Saxe Fr\u00f8shaug, leder av Senterpartiets nasjonale ordf\u00f8rerforum og stortingskandidat \u00d8stfold Senterparti<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De statlige planretningslinjene for samordnet bolig-, areal- og transportplanlegging ble fastsatt av den f\u00f8rste Solbergregjeringen i 2014. Retningslinjene legger stramme f\u00f8ringer for hvordan et lokalsamfunn skal f\u00e5 utvikle seg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etter dagens sentrale f\u00f8ringer vil den fremtidige veksten hovedsakelig m\u00e5tte konsentreres rundt et f\u00e5tall steder, mens en sv\u00e6rt begrenset del av boligvekst og n\u00e6ringsvekst kan skje p\u00e5 de mindre tettstedene \u2013 dette til tross for at stadig flere \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bo slik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I folketette omr\u00e5der bidrar retningslinjene til et sterkt press p\u00e5 nedbygging av dyrka mark og friomr\u00e5der i n\u00e6rheten av kollektivknutepunkt, og et stadig st\u00f8rre press p\u00e5 allerede overbelastet infrastruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lokalpolitikernes rom for \u00e5 avveie viktige hensyn og finne l\u00f8sninger som er til beste for den enkelte kommune, innbyggerne og for milj\u00f8et er dermed blitt for trangt. Dette vil Senterpartiet gj\u00f8re noe med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f8r sommeren fremmet vi derfor p\u00e5 Stortinget et forslag om \u00e5 endre statens planretningslinjer for at spredtbebygde omr\u00e5der i folketunge omr\u00e5der, som f.eks. Indre \u00d8stfold, ikke skal tvinges til \u00e5 sentralisere bosetting, n\u00e6ringsutvikling og tjenesteyting. Det er nemlig helt avgj\u00f8rende at kommunene fremover sikres et st\u00f8rre handlingsrom enn de har i dag.
