Gardermoen venter st\u00f8rre aktivitet og vil ruste opp ytterligere for \u00e5 ta av for \u00f8kt passasjertrafikk. Her kan samfunnet spare store utgifter ved at Avinor tar driftsansvar for Rygge og bruker Rygge som avlastningsflyplass.
