{"id":54053,"date":"2022-03-03T01:27:05","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T00:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indre24.no\/?p=54053"},"modified":"2022-03-03T01:27:05","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T00:27:05","slug":"et-sunt-kortreist-og-gratis-skolemaltid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobbhjelp.eu\/index.php\/2022\/03\/03\/et-sunt-kortreist-og-gratis-skolemaltid\/","title":{"rendered":"Et sunt, kortreist og gratis skolem\u00e5ltid"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Senterkvinnene i \u00d8stfold mener et sunt, gratis og kortreist skolem\u00e5ltid for alle elever krever politisk vilje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>For Senterkvinnene i \u00d8stfold: Elin Lysaker (Marker), Kristin Ianssen (Indre \u00d8stfold) og Astrid Knudsen (Skiptvet)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hurdalsplattformen sl\u00e5r fast at regjeringen \u00f8nsker \u00e5 \u00abgradvis innf\u00f8re et daglig sunt, enkelt skolem\u00e5ltid (\u2026) med frihet for skolene til \u00e5 organisere dette selv.\u00bb Formuleringen i plattformen har flere utfordringer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Den legger ansvaret for gjennomf\u00f8ringen tilbake til skolene.<\/li><li>Den presiserer ikke at m\u00e5ltidet b\u00f8r baseres p\u00e5 lokal matproduksjon.<\/li><li>Den presiserer ikke at matservering m\u00e5 gj\u00f8res av andre tilsatte enn l\u00e6rere; L\u00e6rere skal ha ansvar for oppl\u00e6ring.<\/li><li>Den presiserer ikke at m\u00e5ltidet skal v\u00e6re gratis for elevene.<\/li><li>Den presiserer ikke at ordningen m\u00e5 finansieres ved statlige bevilgninger.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et nasjonalt panel satt sammen av 34 uavhengige eksperter innen ern\u00e6ring og folkehelse har pekt p\u00e5 skolem\u00e5ltidet som et godt virkemiddel for \u00e5 n\u00e5 m\u00e5lene om sunnere kosthold blant barn (\u00f8kt inntak av frukt, gr\u00f8nnsaker og fisk og redusert inntak av sukker og mettet fett). I tillegg hevder FN at skolem\u00e5ltidet er et sentralt virkemiddel for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5lene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det finnes en rekke fors\u00f8k og modeller for skolem\u00e5ltider i Norge. Alle viser god effekt p\u00e5 b\u00e5de faglig og sosial l\u00e6ring. I Troms\u00f8 har man erfart at tett samarbeid med dagligvarebransjen og \u00e5 ansette kokkeutdannede som assistenter i skole\/SFO gj\u00f8r tilbudet rimelig og godt. I Hob\u00f8l er det tilbud om gratis skolem\u00e5ltid basert p\u00e5 frivillig arbeid fra b\u00e5de Bygdekvinnelaget og l\u00e6rere. I Vinje i Telemark st\u00e5r kommunen for l\u00f8sningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et sunt, gratis og kortreist skolem\u00e5ltid for alle elever krever politisk vilje.
