Tirsdag 7. juni deltok lokale ungdommer p\u00e5 et demokrativerksted. Her kom de med\u00a0gode innspill til det videre arbeidet med demokratisenteret p\u00e5\u00a0H\u00f8ytorp\u00a0fort.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demokratisenter for ungdom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I forbindelse med utviklingen av fortene i kommunen, skal det bli laget et demokratisenter p\u00e5 H\u00f8ytorp fort. Her skal elever l\u00e6re om utenforskap, radikalisering, demokrati og toleranse p\u00e5 en r\u00e5 og virkelighetsn\u00e6r m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siden demokratisenteret skal v\u00e6re for ungdommer, er det viktig \u00e5 involvere dem i byggingen av det. Derfor ble representanter fra ungdommens kommunestyre og elevr\u00e5dene fra ungdoms- og videreg\u00e5ende skolene i kommunen invitert til demokrativerksted p\u00e5 fortet i Mysen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– M\u00e5let med verkstedet var \u00e5 f\u00e5 innspill fra elevene i en tidlig fase i prosjektet, slik at vi kan ta det med inn i den videre planleggingen, sier Heidi Eriksson,\u00a0som er medansvarlig for oppbyggingen av demokratisenteret.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ungdommene forn\u00f8yd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Demokrativerkstedet var delt opp i fire ulike \u00f8kter. Ungdommene testet blant annet ut en natursti og forskjellig teknologisk utstyr. De ble ogs\u00e5 introdusert for radikaliseringstunellen, som skal bli brukt til \u00e5 l\u00e6re om radikalisering. Ungdommene ga mange tilbakemeldinger og gode innspill under de ulike \u00f8ktene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Det er veldig viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 dette arbeidet i gang, og det er fint at ungdommene f\u00e5r v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 dette, sier Hedda Br\u00e5ten, som er leder for ungdommens kommunestyre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merjem Muratovic, som ogs\u00e5 sitter i ungdommens kommunestyre, er enig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Det har v\u00e6rt mye snakk om dette og det er fint \u00e5 se hvordan det faktisk kommer til \u00e5 bli, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Takker elevene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hele dagen var satt av til demokrativerksted, der de ogs\u00e5 jobbet med lokal historie og kildekritikk. Ungdommene var interesserte og kreative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vi m\u00e5 si tusen takk for innsatsen. Dette\u00a0hjelper oss videre i arbeidet med senteret, sier Eriksson.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
