Hvert \u00e5r er det tusenvis av unge mennesker som starter i sin f\u00f8rste jobb rundt om i landet. For mange er dette en sv\u00e6rt god erfaring; en tid der man l\u00e6rer mye og der man trives. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likevel er det mange som er usikre p\u00e5 hvilke rettigheter de har krav p\u00e5, og hva de sier ja til i en ny jobb. Her har du derfor 5 gode tips til deg som skal ta steget ut i arbeidslivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0S\u00f8rg for \u00e5 ha en skriftlig arbeidskontrakt<\/strong>
Arbeidskontrakt er ditt bevis p\u00e5 at du er ansatt. Den skal fortelle deg hvor du jobber, hvor mye du f\u00e5r betalt, hva jobben din er og n\u00e5r du skal p\u00e5 jobb. En arbeidskontrakt gj\u00f8r at sjansen for misforst\u00e5elser mellom deg og sjefen din blir mindre.

2. V\u00e6r obs p\u00e5 at du har krav p\u00e5 betalt oppl\u00e6ring<\/strong>
N\u00e5r du begynner i en ny jobb skal du ha oppl\u00e6ring som s\u00f8rger for at du er i stand til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re jobben din og de oppgavene du blir satt til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re. N\u00e5r du er p\u00e5 oppl\u00e6ring, er du p\u00e5 jobb. Og alle som er p\u00e5 jobb i Norge skal ha l\u00f8nn.

3. Du skal ha overtidsbetaling<\/strong>
Hvis du jobber overtid i jobben din, skal du ha overtidsbetalt. Tillegget du f\u00e5r for \u00e5 jobbe overtid skal v\u00e6re p\u00e5 minst 40 prosent av timel\u00f8nnen din. Om du er under 18 \u00e5r, skal du ikke jobbe overtid, det har ikke sjefen din lov til \u00e5 kreve av deg heller.

4.\u00a0Bruk verneutstyr<\/strong>
Det er sjefens ansvar \u00e5 skaffe riktig verneutstyr. Men n\u00e5r verneutstyret er der og du er p\u00e5lagt \u00e5 bruke det, er det DITT ansvar \u00e5 faktisk gj\u00f8re det. Skader du deg p\u00e5 jobben uten \u00e5 ha brukt p\u00e5lagt verneutstyr, kan du risikere \u00e5 miste rettigheter som for eksempel yrkesskadeerstatning.

5.\u00a0Bli medlem i et LO-forbund<\/strong>
Det siste tipset er \u00e5 bli medlem i et LO-forbund. Som medlem har du tilgang til tillitsvalgte og andre som kan hjelpe deg med det meste som har med jobb \u00e5 gj\u00f8re. Og om du noen gang skulle v\u00e6re s\u00e5 uheldig \u00e5 komme i uenighet med sjefen, s\u00e5 st\u00e5r du i alle fall ikke alene.

Det er ikke alltid s\u00e5 enkelt \u00e5 vite hva du har krav p\u00e5 i arbeidslivet. Men det vet vi i LO. Og vi er her for \u00e5 hjelpe deg som er ung til \u00e5 f\u00e5 et s\u00e5 trygt og positivt m\u00f8te med arbeidslivet som mulig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det er det 38. \u00e5ret LO arrangerer sommerpatrulje for \u00e5 sikre at unge f\u00e5r et godt m\u00f8te med arbeidslivet. M\u00e5let er \u00f8kt kunnskap om spillereglene.
