I forrige uke presenterte Baker- og konditorbransjens Landsforening (BKLF) laget som skal konkurrere i hele to internasjonale mesterskap i l\u00f8pet av h\u00f8sten. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En av dem som er med er Cathrine Olsen, bosatt i Askim. Det norske Baker- og Konditorlandslaget har 20-\u00e5rsjubileum i \u00e5r. Fra de startet opp i 2003 og til i dag, har de p\u00e5 imponerende vis klart \u00e5 bygge et lag som n\u00e5 hevder seg i verdenstoppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hvorfor valgte du \u00e5 bli konditor\/baker?<\/strong>

– Jeg \u00f8nsket \u00e5 jobbe med hendene. Jeg har alltid v\u00e6rt glad i \u00e5 bake, og var mye med p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenet som liten s\u00e5 det f\u00f8ltes liksom bare riktig, sier Olsen til bhlf.no<\/a> (ekstern lenke) <\/em>

– Selv om det tok en stund fra oppstart til f\u00f8rste internasjonale medalje, har Baker- og Konditorlandslaget f\u00e5tt en imponerende merittliste p\u00e5 forholdsvis kort tid. F\u00f8rste internasjonale medalje kom i 2014, med seier i kakeutstillingen Internoga i Tyskland. \u00c5ret etter ble det seier i \u00abDessert of the year\u00bb i Birmingham, skriver Baker- og konditorbransjens Landsforening i en pressemelding.

Baker og Konditorlandslaget, stiller i 2023 p\u00e5 Nordic Bakery and Pastry Cup arrangeres i Weinheim, Tyskland i september, og her skal b\u00e5de bakerne og konditorene konkurrere. I oktober er det VM (IBA UIBC Cup) i M\u00fcnchen, og her stiller kun konditorene, som n\u00e5 er sv\u00e6rt sugne p\u00e5 en VM-medalje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
