SV har hele tiden hevdet at privatisering av pleie og omsorgstjenestene v\u00e5re gir de ansatte d\u00e5rligere l\u00f8nns og arbeidsforhold, dette gir heller ikke bedre tjenester til de som har behov for det. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gode og stabile vilk\u00e5r for l\u00f8nn og pensjon er nemlig viktig for at vi skal kunne beholde og rekruttere gode ansatte til pleie- og omsorgstjenestene v\u00e5re i kommunen. Og det er vel ingen tvil om at vi i framtida m\u00e5 rekruttere flere. Vi trenger flere hender i omsorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00f8yre og FrP derimot ivrer etter privatisering av disse tjenestene, og har hevdet at det ikke er riktig at kommersielle firmaer innen velferd og pleie tilbyr d\u00e5rligere l\u00f8nn og pensjon. Dette er en viktig valgkampsak for de, det kalles visst valgfrihet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5 er dette tilbakevist i velferdsutvalgets rapport som det ble henvist til i Dagbladet den 13.08.23. Her sl\u00e5s det fast at kommersielle produsenter i gjennomsnitt har et lavere l\u00f8nnsniv\u00e5 enn offentlige produsenter (kommunen). S\u00e5 da stemmer det alts\u00e5 det SV hele tiden har sagt, kommersielle produsenter skal selvsagt drive god butikk, de skal tjene penger. Og ett sted tas alts\u00e5 pengene fra, de tas fra de ansattes l\u00f8nn og pensjon. Det er ikke Florence Nightingale vi snakker om, men selskaper med profitt og inntjening som drivkrefter. Det vil ikke vi i SV ha i omsorgen v\u00e5r. Og de er ikke akkurat noe stort folkekrav heller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selv H\u00f8yres helsepolitiske talsmann Tone Tr\u00f8en m\u00e5tte til Dagbladet innr\u00f8mme at de i gjennomsnitt har bedre l\u00f8nn og pensjon i kommunale pleie- og omsorgstjenester. Men likevel vil alts\u00e5 H\u00f8yre og FrP \u00e5pne for \u00e5 privatisere disse og tilby typiske kvinneyrker d\u00e5rligere l\u00f8nn og pensjon. Forst\u00e5 det den som kan.

Vi i SV er derimot garantisten for at det ikke vil bli satt i gang med anbudsutsetting og privatisering av pleie- og omsorgstjenester i kommunen v\u00e5r.\u00a0 Bestemor skal ikke ut p\u00e5 anbud hos oss. Vi skal ha gode offentlige tjenester med nok folk p\u00e5 jobb for \u00e5 ta seg av v\u00e5re pleietrengende.

S\u00e5 det betyr noe hvem som styrer.
